Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Diesel & Dagger Coffee.
We’re passionate about delivering fresh, high-quality coffee, roasted and shipped directly from our partners to you.

Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This policy is in line with your rights under UK consumer law.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dieselanddagger.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the problem (product and packaging)
  • A short description of what happened

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

You may be asked to safely dispose of the product or return it, depending on the situation.


Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods that are perishable or made to order (including roasted coffee beans, ground coffee, and pods) are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrect.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Coffee you no longer want or ordered by mistake
  • Taste preferences
  • Orders placed with incorrect grind size or roast type

Please check your order carefully before confirming your purchase.


Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time or your tracking hasn’t updated for:

  • 15 or more days (UK deliveries), or
  • 30 or more days (international deliveries),
    please email support@dieselanddagger.com and we’ll investigate with our courier partners.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your coffee may already be roasting or packed for dispatch and cannot be cancelled.


Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which ensures goods are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
If you believe your coffee does not meet these standards, please contact support@dieselanddagger.com and we’ll make it right.
