Thank you for shopping with Diesel & Dagger Coffee.
We aim to get your coffee to you as fresh and quickly as possible, straight from our roasting partners.


Order Processing

To give our customers flexibility, we hold all new orders for 12 hours before forwarding them to our roasting partner.
This short delay allows you to cancel or amend your order if needed (see our Refund Policy for details).

Once the 12-hour window has passed, your order is sent to our supplier for fulfillment.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours after that point.


Shipping Costs

We currently offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.
There are no hidden fees or handling charges.


Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • UK orders: usually arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • International orders (if offered): typically arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, weather, or high seasonal demand.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information (if available) so you can follow your coffee’s journey to your door.


Delays or Missing Orders

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 15 days (UK) or 30 days (international), please contact us at support@dieselanddagger.com and we’ll investigate with our delivery partners.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
If you’re outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us — we may be able to help on a case-by-case basis.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be re-shipped at your expense.
