1. About Us

Diesel & Dagger Coffee Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a UK-based online retailer of roasted coffee and related merchandise.
All products are roasted, packaged, and shipped by certified UK suppliers who comply with UK food safety and hygiene standards.

2. Ordering & Payment

All prices include VAT where applicable. Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full through Shopify’s secure checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch if there’s a pricing or stock error.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our UK roasting partners.
Typical delivery time is 4-7 working days (UK mainland). Tracking information will be provided when available.
We aren’t responsible for delays caused by couriers, strikes, or extreme weather, but we’ll always help chase your parcel.


4. Product Information & Allergens

All products comply with UK Food Information Regulations. Ingredients and allergens are clearly listed on packaging.
If you have any allergy concerns, please contact us before ordering.


5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because coffee is a perishable product, we can’t accept returns of opened items for food safety reasons.

We’re happy to replace or refund:

  • Items damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items received
  • Orders lost in delivery

To request a refund or replacement:
Email us within 14 days of delivery at support@dieselanddagger.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

For non-consumable items (like mugs or apparel), you have a 14-day right of return under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if they haven’t entered fulfilment. After dispatch, please follow the returns process above.


7. Liability

We take every care to ensure our products are safe, accurate, and of high quality.
Diesel & Dagger Coffee Ltd is not liable for any indirect loss, personal injury, or damage resulting from misuse of our products.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.


8. Privacy & Data

We collect only the data needed to process orders and communicate with customers.
All personal data is handled securely and in line with UK GDPR.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by UK courts.


☕ RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns on non-consumable items (such as mugs or apparel) within 14 days of delivery and offer replacements or refunds for any coffee products that arrive damaged or incorrect.
